Questions and Post-Surgery Issues

Non-Emergency
Please call the number listed for your surgeon. Our staff is trained to answer many questions and can contact your surgeon if necessary.

After-Hours Emergencies
Please call the Medical Exchange at (512) 458-1121. At least one Capital Surgeons Group physician is available at all times.

Life-Threatening Emergencies/Cannot Wait for a Return Call
Please call 911.

Prescription Refills
To request a refill, please call the number listed for your surgeon. Please call during regular business hours.

Billing Questions
Please contact CSG’s Business Office in Austin at 512.334.1885. For hospital/surgery center billing questions, please call the appropriate facility, as we won’t have that information.


Office Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Austin office opens at 8:30 am) We stay open during lunchtime so that we may answer patient calls.
